About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

Does it make a difference in obtaining a multi-entry visa if you apply in HK vs another country?

I have two employees that have received a two-entry permit, where before they were granted multi-entry ones.

Thank you

Roma, I personally think there are differences to apply from HK and another country. Plus, there are many obscure and occasional factors that may influence the application result.
