Yes, there are several direct buses to Fengjie from Longtousi Bus Station next to the North Railway Station. The bus is available from 7:30 to 18:30, and the duration is about 5 hours. The bus fare is CNY 145 or 158. Upon arrival, take a taxi to Baidi (White Emperor) City for about CNY 30.
