About:China Visa on Arrival

Will we be able to get a VOA in Haikou with an American passport?

My husband and I plan to fly to Hong Kong and spend the night, then the next day fly to Haikou.

Sorry, Karen, I'm afraid you can't get the VOA. Please apply for a normal visa prior to your travel.
