How much is the return ticket fro Urumqi to Turpan and the departuring schedule?

If you mean for the high speed type, it would be about CNY50 one way and doubled for round trip. There are usually 6 high speed type a day between and many other normal rail type available as well, the hard seat would be about CNY24 one way. You can check the schedule on this website directly.
