About:Hong Kong Bus

12 hrs layover in Hong Kong on separate dates- tips pls.

Hi,i have a layover of 12 hours in HK my arrival time is 5AM departure 17:50PM on November 27,2015..I plan to go to Disneyland since i will arrive earlier than the opening of Disneyland which is at 10AM. Please suggest other things to be done / to visit before going to disneyland i want to use the time wisely and at least visit 2 attractions during that time. Thanks.

Then, on the weekend that will be saturday arrival 14:45 PM departure : 01:30AM - i plan to visit The Peak and nearby attractions. Need ur suggestions pls. but i have to be back in the airport 2hrs b4 my flight.

How about the mode of transportation: The easiest and cheapest transportation? Is it practical to buy octopus card but i only have layover with separate date.

During the first layover: I suggest you take bus no. A21 to Tsim Sha Tsui in an hour and have a sightseeing at Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade.After that, head for Disneyland by MTR: take Tsuen Wan Line to Laiking and transfer to Tung Chung line to Sunny Bay Station. After that, change to Disneyland Line to the resort.

During the second layover: the peak is enough for your layover. Take Airport Express to the terminus: HK Station. Next, take the Peak Tram from Garden Road Peak Tram Lower Terminus to the peak. After enjoying the beautiful scenery on the Peak. For the back trip, use the same way!

The transportations above are effective. Although you may enjoy some discounts with Octopus Card, it is not advised because of your short stay. Leave the time to more sightseeing and visiting~
