About:Beijing Transportation Smart Card

I have a few questions on beijing transportation smart card

1) where to buy smard card at capital Aiirport? i want to use it for first train (early morning) to downtonwn. Its same CNY25 if using smart card?
2) CNY2 charge for same line only to anywhere i go? If transfer (e.g Wangfujiyang to Xi West Station, i need transfer from Line 1 to Line via military museum) CNY2 or CNY4?
3) where to return this card near West Railway Station with full refund? Leaving the city from this station. If not there, give me idea/

1. You can buy the Transportation Card at service counters of metro stations in T2 and T3. The opening hours are same as the operating time of subway. In addition, the ticket fare is still CNY 25 per person by using the Transportation Card.
2. The era of CNY 2 for unlimited ride of subway has ended earlier this year. And the fare is now charged according to travel time and distance. The ticket fare for the mentioned route is CNY 4 per person. And you need to transfer to subway line 9 to Military Museum.
3. You can just return this card at West Railway Station. I remember that the service counter is located at the Post Office of West Railway's North Square. You can go and see.
