Canadian citizen visiting Mexico applying for a Z visa

I'm a Canadian citizen looking to visit Mexico for a month and need to get a new Z type while on holidays. If I bring all the paperwork with me, can I get my new Z type while in Mexico?

Penny, I suggest you apply from the CVASC centers in your own country. Usually, those who plan to apply in the third country are required to provide their long-term resident permit for employment or study. You just stay there for a month. So it's possible that Chinese embassy there won't accept your application.
