About:China Visa

Get out of the airport and visit Guangzhou city center for Vietnamese passport

I'll be traveling through the Guangzhou airport and, as my layover time is 9h. My question is: can I leave the airport and visit Guangzhou city center? I hold a Vietnamese passport but I have valid Australian, Schengen and US visas.

It has nothing to do with your Australian and Schengen entry permits. If you plan to exit the airport, then you should apply for the stay permit at the immigration. If you are granted with the stay permit, then you can exit.
