applying a visa to china with a french/vietnamese passport holder

Question

I am a French/Vietnamese passport holder ,working and living in Ho Chi Minh city , is there any different on the visa application fee for these 2 passport? and how long does it take to get the visa, it could be applied on line , or I have to be present at the China Embassy in HCM City. Thanks for advise

If you will apply in Chi Minh city, you'd better use your Vietnamese Passport. Visa fee is different. General processing takes 4 working days, but they provide rush service for it. The application should be submitted to the consulate in person or by someone entrusted.
