About:Beijing Weather in January

i am planning to go to beijing on 21-25 jan 2016.

will there be snow during that period?is it okay to wear knitted sweater during that time or I need to wear thick coat?

The temperature may range from 20 F to 40 F at that time. It will be chilly cold. The possbility of snow is low; but it still depends. Keep an eye on the weather report. Knitted sweaters are not enough. You are suggested to prepare thick overcoats, snow boots, heavy sweates, gloves and scarves.
