If I purchase G train ticket online ( for travelling from Shanghai Hongqiao to HangZhou in 20 Nov) , can I collect it in Shezhen station in 17 Nov ?

Hi, you can do it at any time as long as you hold the pick up number. Also, you need al the passengers passports for the collection as well.
