Hi,If I fly LHR - SHANGHAI stay for 48 hous then fly SHANGHAI - DUBAI - LONDON - is there a minimum time i need to spend in Dubai to qualify?

Jennifer, as for the 72 hour free transit policy in PRC, there is no rule regarding the minimum duration in the third country. So you don't need to worry about it if you just transit in Dubai.
