About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

72 hour visa free transit - Same tickets?

I have got a ticket Kaoshiung - Shanghai and an other one Shanghai-Bangalore via Bangkok . It's not the same booking reference and not the same airline company and the same ticket. Is it ok for a 72hours free transit?
