At this time November 2015 if are travellers allowed from MACAU to skypier via cebu pacific?

I read everywhere that cebu pacific does not have a checkin counter in skypier and will not be allowed.
pls clarify if this is already possible or still cebu pacific is not allowed to transit to skypier?
