At this time November 2015 if are travellers allowed from MACAU to skypier via cebu pacific?

I read everywhere that cebu pacific does not have a checkin counter in skypier and will not be allowed.
pls clarify if this is already possible or still cebu pacific is not allowed to transit to skypier?

Yes, you are right. As I reconfirmed, your airlines is not applicable for the check in service at SkyPier, so you may need to check-in at the airport.
