About:Visa on Arrival

Shenzen visa required for International travellers?

I am from Canada and will be flying to HK, then plan to visit Shenzen. After Shenzen, we will fly to Thailand before returning home to Canada. Do we qualify for the visa free visit for 240 hours/10 days if we enter via the Shekou Port?

Yes, if you enter via the Shekou port and if your stay in Shenzhen (or in general in mainland China) is longer than 24 hours and if you are flying from Shenzhen directly to Thailand (as a third country), you are definitely and undoubtedly eligible for 240 hour visa free transit and you are not limited to Shenzhen city limits only, but you can travel to many parts of China during your 10 day stay.
