About:Huangshan Mountain

Which hotel and plan would provide the nicest experience on Mt. Huangshan?

Hi!
My girlfriend and I want to go to Huangshan, Friday evening we take the night Train from Shanghai to arrive at 10am, then we want to take a taxi to the mountains, but I was wondering which hotel would provide the nicest morning sunrise 🌅 (we would hike from 4am) and where we should go throughout the day, to see cloud blankets and then end up at the nicest spots to view the sunset in the evening. We will stay 2 nights, Saturday and Sunday, Monday we either stay on the mountain 🗻 to see more scenery or visit the villages at the foot of the mountain. Will rain be an issue? As in, can you go above the clouds to not have rain?

Questions asked :
1. Where is best hotel closest to nicest morning sunrise scenic spot?
2. What is a good 2 day planning?
3. What is the best spot for cloud carpet watching?
4. What are the best 2 spots for sunset (Saturday and Sunday)?
5. Should I stay on the mountain the 3rd day or visit the villages?

Bonus question: can I camp on the mountain?

1. For sunrise scene, the best place should be Yupinglou Hotel in Yuping scenic area. You can make a phone call to book the hotel, 86-559-5582288.
2. Here is a route for your two-day sightseeing:
Day 1: Yuping Tower, Tiandu Peak, Greeting Pine (Yingkesong), Lotus Peak (Lianhuafeng), Guangmingding (Golden Summit).
Day 2: Paiyunlou, Feilaishi (Flying Stone), Xihai mountains, Echoing wall (Huiyinbi), Beihai Hotel, Shizifeng (Lion Peak), Monkey Watching the Sea.
3.The best places to enjoy the cloud carpet are Wenshutai and Lianhuafeng (Lotus Peak). Please be aware, the cloud blanket appears depending on the weather condition. You can enjoy them after the rain.
4. Paiyunting (Paiyun Pavilion) and Shizifeng (Lion Peak) are good sites for sunset.
5. Staying two days in the mountain is enough, and I suggest you visit the nearby villages on the third day, Hongcun is an ideal choice.
6. You can surely camp there, and the basketball ground bear the Beihai hotel is the best choice.
