How to go from ShenZhen to Bridal Tea House Hotel Hong Kong

If i go from Louhu Railway station , how do i get to Bridal Tea House Hotel at Yau Ma Tei Arthur Street?
What is the Train ticket cost?When is the peak hour? i would like to avoid the crowd.

After you go though the immigration at Luohu Railway station, you may reach at Lo Wu Station, where you can take the East Rail Line to Kowloon Tong Station, and then transfer Kwun Tong Line to Yau Ma Tei Station. Take the Exit C and walk about 50 yards to the hotel.

The fare is HKD40.3 and the travel time is about 55 mins. 09:00 and 10:00 are the peak hours.
