Australian travelling on business from Los Angeles to Korea to Shanghai to Hong Kong to Australia

I will be travelling from America to Korea for 2 days then Shanghai for less than 72 hours then Hong Kong for 2 days then Taiwan for 1 day then home to Australia. Do I qualify for the 72 hour transit visa?
