What is the finest season for travel to Shangrila?

I am planning to go in this DEC , can i see beautiful hings during winter?

To be honest, the suggested sightseeing time is May to November. During this priod of time, you can see the colorful flowers and golden leaves. But it's still ok to visit there in winter. You can appreciate the impressive snow-covered landscape in there. :-)
