I have an S2 visa which expired today (November 05,2014) and I am waiting for my medical check up to be released before applying for an X type.All papers will be ready by Friday or Monday for submission for applying an X type.Should I be worried? My agent did call the Immigration Bureau already and explain my situation.Please advise? Thank you.

You plan to apply the Work Z through an agent?
If so, there may be no problem, because the agency will help you to reduce the loss. If you have time, you are suggested to go to the local Exit-Entry Adminstration Bureau to ask exact information.

I am planning to apply for an X type. But,thank you for the reply. Now,everything is solved,thank goodness.
