Can you advise how to take train from Capital Airport to the railway station for train to Jinzhou?

How much time should I allow? thanks.

You are suggested to take bullet train from South Railway Station and arrive at South Jinzhou Railway Station (3.5h).
Upon landing, take airport shuttle bus line 10 to South Railway Station first. The shuttle bus takes 70-80min.
