About:China Postal Service

I ordered a 4,000 Watt generator from china. According to tracking, it was sent Registered

Registered China Post. This should have been a large package and not a" philatelic letters" like the tracking details state. The tracking number is RI714271360CN. I guess I'm confused why it wasn't shipped as a large package. Also when should I expect to receive it?

Veronica, the tracking number indicates that your parcel should be no more than 2kg. If 4000 generators are more than 2kg, then you'd better try to ask your seller. I felt that there was something wrong.
