Where do I get letter of duly authorized unit?

Hi
I am in Beijjng trying to get documents to apply for the z visa.
I am already waiting for my 'Employment License for foreigners in PRC'
But where do I get the 'notification letter by an authorised organisation, or confirmation of invitation letter in Beijing?

Katrina, you can ask your company to get it from the Foreign Affairs Office in Beijing.
