Where do I get letter of duly authorized unit?

I am in Beijjng trying to get documents to apply for the z visa.
I am already waiting for my 'Employment License for foreigners in PRC'
But where do I get the 'notification letter by an authorised organisation, or confirmation of invitation letter in Beijing?
