How to get China married certificate?

I'm Cambodian, I have Chinese boyfriend and we wanna have married certificate in PRC. What should we do?

Hi, Emily, congratulations. You need to submit the following materials including your passport and nationality certificate, the temporary residence permit in PRC, notary certificate of single status. And your boyfriend needs to provide his Household Register and Identity Card as well as notary certificate of single status.

Daisy, they need certificate of single status from my district or from ministry of affairs?

Emily, the certificate should be certified by your Ministry of Foreign Affairs and then authenticated by Chinese embassy. And you need to find a qualified translation company to translate into Chinese and then have the version notarized upon arrival.
