about two day tour in hkg and weather

I m travelling on 11 nov 2015 i have four days to spend in hkg .i keep one day for disney and one day for ocean park rest two days i want to explore sight seeings of hkg .
Can i do peak tram madame tussad in the mrng? how much time it will take to visit these two places?
