Shnaghai to Hangzhou then Wuzhen

Hi,

I would be staying near Zhongshan Park (LINE 2 of Shanghai Metro) for my upcoming trip. Would it be feasible to do the following:

1. Take the metro from Zhongshan Park (LINE 2) to Honqiao Railway station (please confirm that I do not need to change trains to reach Honqiao metro station).

2. Take the high speed rail to Hangzhou - I will be staying in Zhejiang Hotel. I'm not sure which stop should I nearer; From the article above, seems like Hanzghou station is nearer.

3. We will be continuing our trip to Wuzhen. From which station, we take the high speed rail to Tongqiao and then take a cab from Tongqiao station to Wuzhen.
