Qiaotou to Walnut Garden

Im not planning to hiking the trail, but just to enjoy the view of Tiger Leaping Gorge.

From Qiaotou, I plan to stay at Walnut Garden (Tibet Guesthouse). If I arrive at Qiaotou, will I get off at the bus station? And if I want to go to the walnut Garden, how should I go there?

From Qiaotou to Shangrila, do anyon know how much the bus fare and the bus schedule?
