transportation to qiaotou if no more bus

Hi,I will come by plane from xishuangbanna to Lijiang. But the timing is such that I will probably miss the last bus from Lijiang to Zhongdian (stopping in qiaotou) leaving at 15:30. Do you think I should be able to find a minivan or a taxi at the airport or the busstation willing to drive me to qiaotou? What would be the fare?
