We r husband & wife ;65 &60 years old , will be at TLG on 16th July coming from Dali ( earliest bus) & plan to trek upper path & stay at 1/2 way or Tea Horse for the 1st nite & con't the next day.Also wish to trek down to see the lower Gorge from Tina & if Time permits to go to Bai Shu Tai Terrace Waterfall & back to Dali (3 Days ).Which is a better Option for Us...Qiaotou to Tina or the Reverse Trek from Tina...? We r quite Fit .Were at Huangshan Mtns last year ( 2 days ) trek East & North Sea & Western side till 4pm ( 65% journey )as need to take last cable car at 4.30pm . Kindly advise as we need to book The Guest Hse for our Trip ?Thanks

Dear E. Chin, it willl be better to hike from Tina's Guesthouse. The scenery along the way is quite intoxicating. :)

Which is a better Route for Seniors Qiaotou - Tina or Reverse ?
