About:China Tourist Visa

minimum duration of passport validity to visit China.

I am holding a passport valid until 1 June 2016 and has a valid tourist visa to visit PRC until 1 Feb 2016. I am making a trip to Beijing 26 Dec until 31 Dec 2015. Do I need to renew my passport before my trip? 谢谢

Liew, you don't need to renew your passport. It's not required that the passport should be valid for at least six months when you enter PRC.

Thanks. But just in case I shall renew my passport but travel with the old one with the L type.
