There are free shuttle buses between the terminals and you can commute between in 15min. It seems there is no message spa within the building of T2, but I know there is a Le Spa in T3, located at Gate 28, Domestic Departure Waiting Area. You may go for a try. Anther choice is the Hilton Hotel SPA, which is within walking distance to T3.
