Do I need a visa for Shanghai

My trip to Shanghai last less than 72hrs do I need an entry permit?

Carol, whether you need an entry permit depends on your travel route. If you fly from a country to China, stay in Shanghai for less than 72 hours, and then fly to another country, then you don't need the entry permit.
