if i bring in USD 14,900.00, what documents need to prove?

As I know, they don't regulate the amount of money that is brought into China. But you have to declare when passing the immigration. At the entry border, you have to fill in the People's Republic of China Customs Entry Passenger Article of Luggage Declare Form. For details, you can even consult your airline.
