No, there is no direct transport between these two places, and the best way is hire a car to Erdao Baihe Bus Station. There you can take a bus to Mudanjiang around 06:50-07:00. You will arrive at Mudanjiang Rail Station around 12:30. There you can transfer to a train to Yabuli.
