About:Cable Cars on Huangshan Mountain

How far is Huangshan Yupinglou Hotel from Jade Screen Cable Car?

If I reach Tunxi at 3pm how much time will it take from airport to Jade Screen Cable Car? And how far is Yupinglou Hotel from Jade Screen stop on top of the mountain? If I miss cable car is it advisable to try hiking Eastern Steps to a hotel?

The distance between the hotel and the Jade Screen Cable Car is just about 550 yards.
From the airport, you can take a taxi to Merciful Light Pavilion (Ci Guang Ge) first. The duration is about an hour. Then take the cable car to the mountain. It takes 7 to 14 mins.
Time should be enough. As I know, the last cable to Jade Screen is at 17:00. So no worry but take time.
It is not recommened to hike the mountain to reach your hotel at that time. It will turn dark before you arrive.
