There are no cancellations at all starting from 24 hours before departure?

Or can i still change the destination?

Thank you for your inquiry.
It would be highly appreciate if you can advise the cancellation 24 hours in advance due to the time difference. Based on the railway authority's policy, the destination can only be changed if more then 48 hours in advance. Hope for your kind understanding.
