About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

does a flight from san francisco to beijing, staying 2 days, then returning SFO via Narita qualify

I am flying to Beijing for <72 hours. If I fly back through Narita Japan for a connection, can I get the 72 hour visa?
