About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Can I fly into Shanghai and exit via Beijing?

Hi

I would like to see both Shanghai and Beijing on my trip.

Possible to fly direct into Shanghai, then day later fly to Beijing, see the city and exit from there?

Tim, by doing so, I'm afraid you can't make use of the 72-hour free transit policy. If you can get a visa before your arrival, you are allowed to visit both cities.
