taxi fare n bus last time at changsha airport

Question

How much is the taxi fare from the airport to city centre? Is it difficult and dangerous to take a taxi if our arrival time is 23.00pm or better wait at the airport till morning? We want to continue to take a bus to zhangjiajie from the west bus station.What is the last bus from airport to city? Do you have any recommended stay for the last flight?

By taxi, it costs CNY80-100 and the travel time is about 30min. Besides, the shuttle buses operate till the arrival of the last flight and the terminal in town is the Central Railway Station (Civil Aviation Hotel). It takes around 40min and the cost is CNY15.5. Then stay in a hotel nearby (Civil Aviation Hotel is a good choice) and head for the West Bus Station in the next morning for Zhangjiajie.
