How to confirm flight in China Southern using E-ticket

I booked a flight for my friend 5 days ago and I am trying to confirm it with their site using E-ticket. I always got a reply saying that.."The inquired passenger record does not exist or the ticket is not issued yet. Please inquire or consult CSN again via service line 020-95539."

I also tried to call the number they provide for foreign travelers which is 8620-86682000 but to no avail.

I am here in USA.
