can canadian citizen apply for tourist visa in switzerland?

i am a canadian citizen travelling in switzerland, I am planning to go to China, can I apply for chinese tourist entry permit in switzerland?

Danielle, if you don't have a residence permit in Switzerland, I'm afraid you can't apply from there.
