Is there any Shuttle Bus or Van service from Fuzhou Airport to the South Railway Station?

My flight arrives at 23:55.

And how much wwould be to take a taxi? Are the taxi well controlled there or I need to bargain with the driver a deal? (If so, what would be a reasonable price?)

Well, according to your arrival time, there is no direct shuttle bus for you to take. So you are suggested to take shuttle bus to Apollo Hotel first. The travel time is about an hour. It costs CNY 25 per person. Then take a taxi to the destination, which costs CNY30-40 in the night.

If you take a taxi from the airport directly, the fare is CNY 150 to 160 at that time. In general, it's not necessary to worry about the safety problem. You can find some normal cabs outside the airport. There is a fare meter on the car. So you don't need to negotiate the price.
