international to domestic exchange at PEK

I'm with CA-906 and I wanna transfer to CA-1519 with luggages. I wanna know the detail procedure from check in to domestic departure.

The correct transfer procedures are the following:
Inspection & Quarantine, Exit and Entry Frontier Inspection - Baggage Claim - Customs Inspection - Going through Transfer Formalities - Security check - Waiting & Boarding
