VOA from Hongkong to Guangzhou for Indonesian passport holder

Hi,
I am Indinesian passport holder.
I want to go to GZ. can i enter from hongkong and apply VOA from hongkong ?
Also for the flight back, can i use other rote ? example GZ - Singapore - Jakarta ?

First of all, GZ has no VOA policy and your case is not eligible for 24h or 72h visa free cases. So you need to apply for a transit visa in advance.
