How to get back the transportation smart card deposit in Hangzhou?

Most tourist stay in city for short day. In my case, I will stay 4 days. Where and when could I get back the deposit?

Hi, you can get the deposit at any Bike Service Center or the Customer Service Center of public bikes (no. 25-1, Ding'an Road). I list some major service centers below for ur reference:
1. west of the archway of Wushan Square;
2. near exit C1 of Longxiang Road metro station;
3. close to Lingyin Central Bus Stop;
4. Yuefei Tomb center, in the east of Impression West Lake, opposite the Yuefei Tomb.

hi, please get a receipt of a deposit, last time i had hired a bike online and never got the deposit.

Your advice reminded my experience there. My trip was completed this New Year. Besides the "Flower Viewing Bridge", we rented the electric boat which was just 10 or 20 Yen per hour while the deposit was 100 Yen each. Since it was close to sun-set time, we were so excited but cold when we finished, we rushed to dinner. At dinner table, we released the 2 boats deposit was not collected yet. :( The slip rules listed deposit is deem to be collected only on same day.

On next day, our trip is a mile closed to the spot, and we went and tried to get back the 200 Yen. Without a second word, we get back the forgotten 200 Yen notes. What a good memory!
