L visa to Z type from Pakistan

Hello there..
Based in Pakistan having Pakistani passport what do I need for tourist L type. Also is it advisable to go on tourist L type when your sponsor commits that he can arrange Z type once I arrive there.
Please advise.

You should apply for a Z type directly because individual Pakistanis can't apply individual tourist types. They need to join group tours arranged by qualified travel agencies.
