About:Chinese Embassy in Ghana

Visa refusal

I applied for an entry permit last week and was told to come today (21-10-2015) for my passport. I was denied. The agent who helped me said there's s new law that requires me to get clearance from local government. Is there really a new law and how do I move forward with my new application.

Abi, what type did you apply? If you applied for the work Z type, it's possible that you need to get a police clearance from local government.
I'm afraid you have to wait for three months before you can submit a new application.
