About:How to Refund / Cancel a China Train Ticket

Refund

Hi,
I bought return tickets from Zhangjiajie to Chengdu for three person to October 7th by credit card. However we had problem and we had to go back home as soon as possible. At the train station we asked for a reimbursement and bought new tickets. But I do not have the reimbursement on my bank account. When I will have it ? Thanks.

The money back tot he card you booked it which means if you booked from a booking aent, it back to their account. You need to contact them for the refund instead.

I did it by myself on this website by PayPal. I do not understand what you mean with the agent...

I received the email. It is about the come back of this booking. I cancelled it at the train station by I do not have the reimbursement on the card...
