I live in Utah and need to apply chinese visa for my family for vacation. Where do I apply

I tried calling everywhere either they don't answer or no available information.
Do I apply in person or mail if the jurisdiction is in Washington DC

Hi Aileen, you should apply from the embassy in Washington DC. The mailed application is not accepted. You can apply in person or appoint an agent to submit the application for you.
