About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Can I use the 72-hours visa?

Hi, I am travelling from Amsterdam to Hong Kong, then to Shanghai and (of course within 72 hours) back to Amsterdam. Will I be allowed the 72-hours free transit at the Shanghai airport?
